spring arrival fever

With the arrival of February comes end of season sales (yay) and new spring lines (yay again). It is so exciting to see which trends are in store for the coming months. It is impossible however, to wait until spring to wear these fresh styles. As soon as I got my paws on this skirt I had to put it on! The stripes are reminiscent of a '90s pantsuit, while the flowy fabric and bow give it a girly update. This skirt also has pockets, which are my absolute fave.
Because of it's navy hue this skirt can be very versatile, but I chose to pair it with a pop of fuchsia because we're channeling spring, remember?
Between the bow and the bright fuchsia, I felt like the outfit had enough drama, so I added a small statement necklace in the same colour as the sweater. It blends, but adds just enough #sparklefactor.
I finished the look with neutral accessories; camel pumps and my go-to gold bag.
Can't wait to pair this skirt with literally everything when the weather warms up!
