review: wilfred éthéré dress

I wasn't initially going to write this post as a review, but after wearing this dress a couple of times I feel like I have to.

As you can see, the dress is cute. I was specifically on the market for a silky blush dress, and this one had a very on-trend, built-in choker, so I went for it. However, it is a wrinkle machine.

Besides the wrinkle factor, I do love this dress. It's comfortable, I like the cut, and the tie choker detail is v. cute. But when I say I steamed it, walked out the door, and immediately had ten thousand wrinkles I am so so serious. For the price of the garment, this is no bueno.

It does come in a few other colours and one print that I know of, so I would definitely recommend the printed version over the blush.  It would help to camouflage the wrinkles! Alternatively, the black is probably a slightly better option than the blush. But, if you're after a blush dress like I was, stay tuned - I'll keep looking!

I shot these pics with Natalie of natalieast.com, check her out for her outfit deets!!
